Every day is a bonus and I only have one chance to make good at this life on earth. So, I am always looking for “Something More” , each day being better than the last. Something more for my mind, body and soul. For me, and many of those I care about, Your Best Fit is a strong link in the chain of life, makes me physically strong and provides huge stress relief. A woman’s heart is held in place by her attachments to those she loves and I use Your Best Fit to help my heart stay healthy. This past summer at the Dunes Club in Narragansett, RI, I had the very good fortune of meeting and taking an exercise class from Christine Morgan.
She was wonderful…very attentive, helpful, focused and especially good with a class of older women such as myself.
Christine did not “baby” us, but urged us to stretch and strengthen in an encouraging manner.
I recommend Christine highly for any and every group she would teach.
I seemed to have reached a plateau in my bicycling. This improved my stamina, my endurance, my range of motion and flexibility. Now I ride faster, ride longer and ride stronger.
After I’ve done it, I feel more youthful. My whole body is firmer, and I have a general sense of well-being and strength and confidence.
I love this challenge! You guys teach the best techniques! I am still amazed at what you taught me. Can’t wait to see the final outcome. They are all winners!!!!
